Control Center Racing

The Georgia Control
Center 100
Georgia Control
Center, just like GCC Racing, is a team effort. We know
that we don't operate without the many people that make up our
team. We celebrated by inviting our extended team to a
night of Racing.
Georgia Control
Center recently sponsored the Georgia Control Center 100 at
Peachstate Speedway in Jefferson, Georgia. This 100 lap
race featured the Super Late Models of the Southern All Stars
Asphalt Series. Chris Dilbeck piloted the GCC number 4
Monte Carlo for this first ever GCC 100.
Many of our
vendors helped to sponsor this race and our hospitality tent
that featured a Bar-B-Que dinner from Southern Pit Bar-B-Que of
Griffin, Georgia.
Georgia Control
Center officers were on hand for the driver introductions, and
to say the famous words of racing, "Gentlemen Start Your
Engines." Bob Chastain was the honorary
flagman. Bob got to throw the green flag starting the
race.
The first prize
check was also presented in the winner's circle by the folks
representing Georgia Control Center.
Getting ready to race.
